TOKSMU Online Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TOKSMU Online ("TOKSMU", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use TOKSMU Online on Android, PC, or related TOKSMU services.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use TOKSMU Online, we may process information such as:
- Account information: account username or user ID and, where provided during registration or account management, an email address.
- Authentication information: information necessary to verify your login and protect your account. We will never ask you to send your password in an account-deletion email.
- Game data: characters, progression, levels, inventory, guild information, virtual currency balances, quest/event progress, server selection, and other gameplay records associated with your account.
- Technical and security information: IP address, connection timestamps, app/client version, server logs, error or diagnostic information generated by the service, and information needed to prevent abuse, cheating, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Support communications: information you provide when contacting TOKSMU support.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the game, authenticate accounts, save gameplay progress, deliver updates, provide support, maintain service security, prevent abuse or cheating, investigate technical problems, enforce game rules, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments and virtual currency
The Google Play version of TOKSMU Online is intended to let players use game services and virtual currency already associated with their TOKSMU account. TOKSMU does not use the Google Play app itself to process TOKSMU website payments. Payments or donations made through TOKSMU web services may be processed by separate payment providers and are subject to their own privacy practices.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to hosting, infrastructure, security, support, or payment-service providers when necessary to operate TOKSMU services, or when required by law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our rules.
5. Data retention
We keep account and gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the account and service. Security, fraud-prevention, transaction, backup, or legal records may be retained for a limited period when there is a legitimate reason to do so. Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.

When an account deletion request is verified and completed, the active TOKSMU account and associated game data will be deleted or irreversibly disconnected where applicable. Certain records may be retained only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect TOKSMU services and account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Players are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and should not reuse their TOKSMU password on unrelated services.
8. Children
TOKSMU Online is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not designed or directed toward children.
9. International processing
TOKSMU is an online service. Information may be processed on servers or by service providers located outside your country. Where applicable, we handle information in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
10. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about your account information, request correction of certain information, or request account/data deletion. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on a request.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this page with its effective date.
