Delete Your TOKSMU Online Account

This page lets TOKSMU Online users request permanent deletion of their game account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Click the button below to contact TOKSMU support.
  2. Include your TOKSMU account username and the registered email address for the account.
  3. Do not send your password, PIN, payment card number, OTP, recovery code, or other secret credentials.
  4. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you own the account.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to aroldbautista21@gmail.com with the subject TOKSMU Account Deletion Request.

What will be deleted

After ownership verification and completion of the request, TOKSMU will delete or irreversibly disconnect the active account and data associated with it, which may include account profile information, characters, game progression, inventory, guild/account associations, event or quest progress, and remaining in-game balances tied to the account.

Important

Account deletion is permanent. Characters, items, progression, and remaining virtual currency or entitlements associated with the deleted account may not be recoverable.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when necessary for security, anti-fraud, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations. Temporary backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal backup cycles.
